Article featuring Justyna from @Smukłe Widelce
After a good breakfast, we should immediately be in a good mood. That's how it works. And a good breakfast is determined by details. Today I will tell you which two most important details make up a fabulously tasty, fluffy, and filling sweet omelette.

First of all – eggs. Choose only high-quality ones, marked with the numbers 0 (organic farming) or 1 (free-range). And a quick freshness test – an egg "straight from the hen" will sink quickly when submerged in water. The art of baking also requires eggs to spend at least half an hour on the kitchen table to reach the desired temperature. We can speed this up by placing them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes.

And so we move on to detail number two. I cannot imagine serving a sweet omelet, decorated with thick creamy white cream and juicy fruit, on anything other than branded porcelain.

Decorated with folkloric patterns (my favorite!), it brings to mind a peaceful, rustic style.
This is how the dish should be consumed. Enjoy your meal!
