Yes. Within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment or its personal collection, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.
Yes. If you have purchased several products, you can return all or selected ones.
To exchange products for others, please return them and make a new purchase in our DAJAR.pl store. If the exchange is related to a product defect - please use the Complaint option.
Download and fill out the return protocol / withdrawal from the contract form. Send the completed form to us by e-mail to [email protected], and also print it and put it in the package. Securely pack the returned products. Send the package with the returned products to the address DAJAR Sp. z o. o., ul. Różana 9, 75-220 Koszalin. Remember that you send the shipment at your own expense. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
We will process your payment for the returned products immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your shipment.
You will receive a refund of the total amount using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., bank transfer / card / gift voucher, etc.), unless a refund in that form is not possible. If part of the payment was made using a non-financial form (voucher / gift card, etc.), we will first refund the amount to you in the form of a gift card. We do not refund the shipping costs you incurred when sending the purchased goods back to us.
When you return an order in its entirety, we will also refund the delivery cost incurred by you at the time of purchase, up to the amount of the cheapest standard shipping method offered in our store. We may reduce the refund value by compensation for the decrease in the value of the returned items resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
