The Graphite roasting pan is perfect for every kitchen – for preparing roasts, casseroles, as well as stewed dishes. Made of cast aluminum, it ensures even heating and exceptional durability and resistance to deformation. The classic graphite colors make the vessel look good on the table, while being extremely practical in everyday use. The interior of the roasting pan is covered with the original Swiss Ilag Basic non-stick coating, valued for its scratch resistance and ease of cleaning. Thanks to this, the prepared dishes do not stick, and washing the vessel is quick and hassle-free. The roasting pan is equipped with a lid with a special Aroma Knob system, which allows you to add liquids without having to lift it. The silicone rim protects the edges of the vessel and facilitates draining thanks to the built-in holes. The Graphite roasting pan is compatible with all types of stoves, including induction, and is also suitable for use in the oven up to 180°C.
