Steel grill pan
The Maestro grill pan by Ambition is made of the highest quality stainless steel. The use of high-grade stainless steel for the production of kitchenware guarantees safety of use and hygiene. The pan is coated on the inside with the original Swiss ILAG Ultimate coating. It is an exceptionally durable coating with excellent non-stick properties and the highest resistance to scratches.
The wall thickness of the vessel is 0.6 mm, which allows for longer heat retention. The pan has a five-layer base, thanks to which the heat accumulated during heating is evenly distributed across it. This speeds up cooking, allowing you to save time and thus gas and electricity consumption. The multi-layer base also allows the temperature to be maintained longer after cooking is finished. The pan can be used in the oven up to a temperature of 180°C.
Ribbed grilling surface
Allows for a characteristic grilling effect, drains excess fat, and helps maintain the juiciness of prepared dishes.
Cast aluminum
The solid body evenly distributes heat and ensures high resistance to deformation.
Qualum Basic Stone Edition coating
The non-stick surface makes frying with less fat easier and allows for quick cleaning of the pan.
